HE’S framed a John Olsen painting worth hundreds of thousands, a Captain Cook letter bought for $250,000, and a $4 million painting by an Archibald-winning expressionist artist so famous we can’t even name him here.
Meet Jochen Letsch: a Guild Commended Framer with the Fine Art Trade Guild, and director of ASA Conservation Framing – a fine art picture framing studio on Windsor Street in Richmond (opposite the cinema).
He has been a Kurrajong local since 2007, and after commuting into the city for eight years he moved the business out here from Annandale two years ago. Before that, he relocated from Germany where he studied Visual Arts, and worked at the New England Regional Art Gallery in Armidale.
Mr Letsch and his coworker Amanda Edds specialise in conservation framing – that is, a speciality arm of picture framing that also preserves the artwork inside. But it’s not just the pieces with the high price tags that deserve this type of treatment – if it’s valuable to someone, it’s worth protecting, Mr Letsch says.
Antibiotics, often in a single dose, can cure many sexually transmitted bacterial and parasitic infections, including gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamydia and trichomoniasis. Typically, you'll be treated for gonorrhea and chlamydia at the same time because the two infections often appear together. An infection transmitted through sexual contact, caused by bacteria, viruses or parasites.
An STD may also be called a sexually transmitted infection (STI) or venereal disease (VD). That doesn't mean sex is the only way STDs are transmitted. Depending on the specific STD, infections may also be transmitted through sharing needles and breastfeeding.
Symptoms of STD:-
It’s possible to get an STD without explaining symptoms. But some STDs cause visible symptoms. In men, common symptoms involve:
1) Pain or embarrassment during sex or urination
2) Sores, bumps, or rashes on or about the penis, testicles, anus, buttocks, thighs, or mouth
3) Abnormal discharge or bleeding from the penis
4) Painful or enlarged testicles
5) Particular symptoms can change, depending on the STD.
